Mega Analysis: Hyderabad Rental Market in Charts (Sep 2021)

This post will feature visualisation of Hyderabad residential rental market data (September 2021). The data has been freshly scraped from web, analysed using python, pandas, numpy etc. and visualised with plotly. Check out my github for code and dataset.

Methodology:

• Total sample size of properties: 9975
• Average values are considered mostly. But median values are chosen when outliers excessively influenced the outcomes.
• Some metrics are considered only when the count of corresponding variable crossed a certain threshold. For example, while calculating the most expensive locations a minimum threshold of ‘10’ (location count) was stipulated.
• Breakup of sample sizes of property types are below:
